We are so used to salads with white cabbage, but what about the variety? I offer you this recipe with herbs, Brussels sprouts, nuts and dried cranberries. When I need a more satisfying dish, I also add a couple of spoonfuls of quinoa.
Ingredients
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Quinoa - 50 g
- Nuts - 50 g
- Cranberries (dried) – 1 handful
- Brussels sprouts - 200 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and lightly fry them on a grill or non-stick frying pan.
Soak dried cranberries in warm water for a couple of minutes.
Boil the quinoa until cooked according to the instructions on the package.
Mix all the ingredients and pour olive oil over the salad. You can add spices to taste.
