Your favorite salad will sparkle with new colors if you cook it with red fish. Thanks to this, the dish will change dramatically. I recommend cooking with fresh cucumbers, but if you are a fan of salty ones, mix both ingredients in equal proportions.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 250 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 150 g
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Green peas (canned) – half a bank
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice cucumbers and red fish.
Peel and slice the eggs, carrots and potatoes. Try to get all the pieces about the same size.
Mix everything, add the washed peas, salt and ground pepper.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix.
