Hearty salad in Asian style. Prepare it in advance so that the ingredients have time to thoroughly soak in the dressing. In general, there should be no difficulties in the process, especially since all the actions are described in detail in the recipe.
Ingredients
- Funchosa - 250 g
- Minced pork - 150 g
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Greenery (any) – 20 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Sesame oil - 2 art.l.
- Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat until tender.
Pour the funchosa with boiling water for 5 minutes.
Flip the noodles into a colander and rinse.
Chop tomatoes, herbs and peeled onions.
Mix the funchosa, herbs, minced pork, onions and tomatoes.
Separately mix soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, ground ginger, sugar and salt.
Pour the prepared dressing into the salad, squeeze the garlic through the press, mix and put aside for half an hour.
