For this recipe, you will need a very ripe avocado. You can determine this by pressing your finger on the fruit. It should be easily pushed through and quickly restore its shape. You can grind it in a blender or just mash it with a fork.

- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 300 g
- Avocado (ripe) – 2 pieces
- Processed cheese - 2 pieces
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Prunes (without a bone) – 60 g
- Mayonnaise - 60 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the prunes with boiling water and put them on a paper towel to dry.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and chop them in a blender.
Peel and stone the avocado and mash it with a fork.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
Grate the processed cheese on a grater.
Lay out the chicken fillet, season with salt, pepper and smear with mayonnaise.
Next comes a layer of melted cheese, add ground pepper, salt and mayonnaise again.
Mix avocado with prunes and lay out the next layer.
Sprinkle nuts thickly on top. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
