No feast can do without "Mimosa". If you are tired of the usual recipes, try to cook a popular salad with squid. Seafood is pre-boiled, crushed and mixed with mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Squid - 2 carcasses
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 1 piece
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 80 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the squid in boiling water, boil for 2 minutes and put it on a plate.
Chop the cooled squid and peeled onion.
Peel potatoes, carrots and grate.
Peel the eggs from the shell, divide into whites, yolks and grate separately on a grater.
Put half of the potatoes on a plate, season with salt and pepper and add a little mayonnaise.
The next layers are tuna, onion and remaining potatoes. Add salt and pepper again.
Sprinkle chopped squid with salt, pepper, mix with mayonnaise and put on potatoes.
Sprinkle with proteins and put the carrots mixed with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle the crushed yolk thickly on top. Send the finished salad to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
