- Couscous - 80 g
- Avocado - 1 piece

- Red cabbage - 100 g
- Zucchini - 150 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and fry until soft. Separately fry the mushroom plates and zucchini slices.
Cut the tofu into cubes, roll it in spices and fry it too.
Steam the couscous with boiling water according to the instructions.
Cut the avocado into slices and chop the cabbage. Cut the cherry into quarters and chop the pepper.
Put all the ingredients in deep plates, sprinkle with nuts and sesame seeds.
