A wonderful variation on the theme of the usual crab salad with rice. Only crab meat comes here, not surimi sticks. This also affects the choice of other ingredients, which I will discuss further in the recipe.
Ingredients
- Crab meat - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Fig - 100 g
- Pickled cucumbers (gherkins) – 120 g
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Mayonnaise (Japanese) – 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until tender so that it remains crumbly.
Cut the cherry in half and the cucumbers into rings.
Add salad mix and crab meat, and season the salad with spicy Japanese mayonnaise.
