Instead of a flour dessert, prepare a light fruit salad. You can use your favorite fruits and berries in a variety of combinations. I like to cook with strawberries, currants, kiwi and peach. If desired, add sugar and ground cinnamon.
Ingredients
- Strawberries - 200 g
- Kiwi - 2 pieces
- Peaches (large) – 1 piece
- Black Currant - handful
- Sugar - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the strawberries from the stalks, rinse, dry and slice.
Peel and chop the kiwi.
Wash the peach, dry it, cut it in half and remove the stone. Cut into small cubes.
Peel, rinse and dry the black currant.
Mix strawberries, kiwi, currant and peach. Add sugar to taste.
