Ingredients
- Quinoa - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Broccoli - 150 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Greenery - 0.5 bundles
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the quinoa according to the instructions and let it cool.
Chop the mushrooms, fry until tender and season.
Finely chop the peppers, tomatoes and herbs.
Boil broccoli inflorescences for 3-5 minutes in boiling water.
Mix the salad and sprinkle with lemon juice.
