A very bright and unusual salad seems to be created for gray autumn and winter days. Its preparation takes time, because pumpkin, mushrooms and other vegetables need to be baked. But the result is worth the wait!

Coarsely chop the pumpkin, beetroot and mushrooms. Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences.

Sprinkle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with spices.
