There are dishes that you want to cook again and again. In my family, they include this salad with green and red beans, honey mushrooms and parmesan. Try it and you'll like it too!
Ingredients
- String beans - 300 g
- Honeydew (canned) – 200 g
- Red beans (canned) – half a bank
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the string beans in salted water for 8 minutes, drain and cool.
Using a special grater, grate the parmesan into thin slices.
Put the red beans in a colander and rinse under running water.
In a wide salad bowl, mix honeydew, green beans and red beans.
Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and mix gently.
Put the salad on a plate and sprinkle with parmesan.
