If you love figs, I want to share with you one of my favorite salads based on it. Add nuts, a handful of green olives – and such a beautiful unusual dish can be safely served even to guests. Greens will suit any taste.
Ingredients
- Salad mix - 150 g
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Fig - 4 pieces
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Cherry tomatoes - 180 g
- Cottage cheese - 150 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Nuts - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the figs into slices, the onion into feathers, and the cherry in half.
Add the salad mix, chopped herbs and olives.
Add cottage cheese or feta to taste. Add chopped nuts to the same place.
Season the salad with olive oil.
