Now funchosa can often be seen on supermarket shelves. But what to cook from it? In fact, there are many options. I offer a simple recipe for a delicious salad. This dish is popular in China, Japan, Korea and Thailand.
Ingredients
- Funchosa - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Onion - 1 piece
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Fish sauce - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Place the funchosa in a saucepan, pour boiling water and cover for 5 minutes.
Flip the noodles into a colander and leave all the liquid to drain.
Chop the greens, peeled onions and both types of pepper.
Mix the onion separately with rice vinegar.
Mix the funchosa, herbs, pickled onions, Bulgarian and hot peppers.
Separately mix soy and fish sauces, salt, ground pepper, vegetable oil.
Pour the dressing into the salad, mix and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
