Salad &171;Capercaillie's nest&187; with beets and carrots in Korean

The classic "Capercaillie's Nest" is decorated with boiled eggs, potatoes or cheese balls. But you can cook without it! The main thing is to give the salad the right shape and be sure to sprinkle golden potatoes on top.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 250 g
- Beetroot (boiled) – 150 g
- Korean carrots - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet and peeled onion into small cubes.
Peel the beets and grate them on a special grater.
Peel the potatoes, grate them on a grater for Korean carrots.
Put the potatoes in a hot frying pan with oil, season with salt and pepper and fry for 7-10 minutes.
Put the finished potatoes on a paper napkin to remove excess fat.
Mix beetroot, Korean carrot, onion and chicken fillet.
Add salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise.
Put the salad on a plate and garnish with fried potatoes on top.
