Do you want to surprise your guests with a beautiful and delicious salad? Prepare a "Garnet bracelet" with chicken and prunes. The dish is laid out in layers and decorated with pomegranate seeds. And to get the desired shape, a glass is placed in the center of the plate.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 400 g
- Chicken eggs (hard boiled) – 3 pieces
- Beetroot (boiled) – 1 piece
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Prunes - 50 g
- Mayonnaise - 120 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Garnet (grains) – 250 g
- Vegetable oil (to lubricate the cup) – 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the prunes with boiling water, dry and finely chop.
Chop the fillets, eggs and peeled onion.
Peel beets, carrots and potatoes, grate on a coarse grater.
To make a salad in the shape of a ring, put a glass greased with vegetable oil in the center of the plate.
Lay out the salad in layers in the following order: chicken fillet, onion, potatoes, eggs, carrots, prunes and beets. After the fillet, potatoes, carrots and beets, add salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise.
Decorate the salad with pomegranate seeds, laying them thickly over the entire surface.
Carefully remove the glass and put the salad in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours. The void in the center of the dish can be filled with herbs, basturma or pieces of boiled vegetables.
