This homemade crab stick salad turns out to be very satisfying, because it contains both eggs and boiled potatoes. But at the same time, it's not too high in calories, because I don't use mayonnaise for refueling, but yogurt with herbs.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 250 g
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Yogurt - 6 art.l.
- Dill - 0.5 bundles
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes and eggs until tender.
Finely chop the crab sticks and grate the remaining ingredients on a coarse grater.
Lay out layers of potatoes, onions, eggs, cheese and crab sticks.
Mix yogurt, pepper, chopped dill and crushed garlic. Pour over the salad.
