Don't want to have dinner for a long time? Then use this recipe. A hearty salad is prepared from healthy foods and can replace a full-fledged snack. Boil the potatoes in advance or use the one that was left after lunch.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes (medium) – 3 pieces
  • Red Beans (canned) – half a can
  • Celery (stems) – 100 g
  • Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 tbsp.l .
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the potatoes in the peel until tender.

Chop the celery stalks and peeled potatoes.

Mix celery, potatoes and washed beans.

Add salt, vegetable oil and mix.
