Tuna with cucumbers or tomatoes will not surprise anyone anymore. I offer you a more original combination – with carrots, peppers and canned corn. And thanks to the bright colors, this salad also looks very elegant.
Ingredients
- Tuna (canned in oil) – 1 bank
- Corn - 4 art.l.
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 0.5 pieces
- Salad mix - 60 g
- Olives - 6-8 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly slice the carrots, or better yet, grate them on a Korean grater.
Cut the onion into feathers, and the pepper into strips.
Drain the tuna oil and mash it with a fork. You can season it to taste, but it's not necessary.
Put the mixed salad and vegetables on a plate, and spread the tuna on top and sprinkle everything with corn.
Garnish the salad with olives. Oil dressing is not needed here – tuna is enough.
