Ingredients
- Beef - 300 g
- Spices and seasonings (for meat) – 1 tsp.
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Parmesan - 80 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 130 g
- Quail eggs - 4 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub a piece of beef with spices, fry and cut into strips.
Boil the quail eggs 4-5 minutes after boiling and chop coarsely.
Grate the carrots and chop the rest of the vegetables.
Mix the salad, season with olive oil and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
