This salad is good because it is very quick and easy to prepare. The longest and most difficult thing here is to roast beef. The rest of the ingredients are simply cut. If desired, sprinkle the dish with olive oil or balsamic.
Ingredients
- Beef - 250 g
- Spices and seasonings (for meat) – 1 tsp.
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Iceberg lettuce - 120 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Thyme - 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the beef, roll in spices and fry until tender.
Chop the garlic, and cut the onion into thin feathers.
Slice tomatoes and randomly chop iceberg leaves.
Put the salad on plates and add the thyme.
