I prefer to serve such a spicy Mexican-style salad in pita bread, on a pit or in the form of tacos. The tortilla is soaked in the juice of spicy beef – and this is just a separate pleasure. In addition, you will need fresh cabbage and a few more ingredients.
Ingredients
- Beef - 300 g
- Tomato paste - 1 art.l.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Chili sauce - 1 tbsp.l.
- Cabbage - 0.5 head
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Green onion - 1 bundle
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the beef very finely and fry a little.
Add chopped garlic and chili, and continue frying.
Add tomato paste, soy sauce and chili sauce. Simmer the meat for another 5-7 minutes.
Thinly chop carrots and cabbage, add salt and mash with your hands.
Add chopped green onions and lay out the salad to serve. You can mix or leave the ingredients separately.
