- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Mushrooms (pickled) – 250 g
- Parmesan - 80 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely pick lettuce leaves and grate the parmesan on a grater.
Add the mushrooms, mix the salad and sprinkle with zest.
Pepper, sprinkle the salad with lemon juice and pour olive oil.
