This salad is rarely found on festive tables, and all because not every housewife decides to cook it. In fact, the secret lies in the fact that it is necessary to collect the layers in reverse order and be sure to tamper a little.
Ingredients
- Champignons (pickled) – 250 g
- Ham - 250 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 200 g
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
- Mayonnaise - 120 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Peel potatoes, carrots, eggs and grate.
Assemble the salad using a split mold. First, thickly lay out the pickled champignons with the caps down.
The next layers are eggs, carrots, ham and potatoes. After each layer, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Put the salad in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours, then carefully turn it over and add some greens between the mushrooms.
