- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Watercress - 200 g
- Lime - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Provencal herbs - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into cubes.
Add the herbs of Provence, ground pepper, salt and leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
Fry the chicken fillet in vegetable oil until tender.
Chop tomatoes and peeled bell pepper.
Scald lime with boiling water, cut in half and squeeze out the juice.
Mix chicken fillet, watercress, bell pepper and tomatoes.
Add salt, lime juice, olive oil and mix.
