Layered salad "Mimosa", decorated with yolks and greens - always looks very bright and beautiful. You can cook it at least for every day, even for a festive table or birthday. I'm telling you a simple recipe - both easy and delicious!
Ingredients
- Canned fish (in oil) – 240 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Green onion (for decoration) – 2 stems
- Dill (for decoration) – 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove canned fish from the jar and mash with a fork.
Peel the eggs from the shell, divide into whites and yolks.
Grate the yolks, finely chop the whites with a knife.
Peel boiled potatoes and carrots, grate on a coarse grater.
Chop the dill, green onions and peeled onions.
Put the potatoes on the bottom of the plate, season with salt and pepper and add mayonnaise.
Lay out layers of carrots, canned fish and onions. Add the mayonnaise again.
Sprinkle with whites and then yolks. A uniform yellow color should appear on top.
Garnish the salad with a sprig of dill and green onions. Before serving, insist for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
