Large shrimps are better suited for this recipe. If you wish, you can leave them tails – this is a matter of personal preferences in serving. The finished dish turns out to be very tasty, but light and low-calorie.
Ingredients
- Broccoli - 0.5 head
- Shrimp - 300 g
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Soft cheese - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Sprouted grains - 1 handful
- Mustard - 2 art.l.
- Honey - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings (for shrimp) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the shrimp and fry in spices for a couple of minutes on both sides.
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and boil in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
Cut the cheese into cubes, and cut the cherry in half.
Put the ingredients on lettuce leaves and sprinkle the lettuce with sprouts.
Mix mustard with honey for dressing.
