In this salad with fresh crispy arugula, I prefer to use mussels in shells. Therefore, further in the recipe I will tell you how to boil them properly. And at the same time, I suggest adding some other seafood.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil water, add wine and spices. I prefer pepper, star anise, cloves and cardamom.

Boil it all for a couple of minutes and put the mussels in a saucepan.

Cook the mussels for about 5 minutes and remove from the water. Shells that have not opened should be thrown out.

Separately boil the squid and shrimp for about 3-4 minutes. Randomly slice.

Chop the cherry, add the arugula and mix the salad.
