I cook salads with seaweed regularly. I have a few simple recipes, thanks to which an appetizing dish quickly appears on the table. I will share one of them today. Note that the salt is added after a while.
Ingredients
- Sea cabbage - 250 g
- Carrots (average) – 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 art.l.
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Wasabi sauce - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and grate the carrots.
Mix the seaweed, carrots and garlic passed through the press.
Pour in the oil, balsamic vinegar and both types of sauces. Stir and leave for 10 minutes.
Add salt to taste and mix again.
