I often cook this salad for the holidays. It's delicious and looks great on the table. In the summer, vegetables are juicier, but in winter you can buy everything you need in stores. Try adding a little spicy spices to the meat during frying.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 4 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 250 g
- Walnuts - handful
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry thoroughly and cut into small pieces.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets until tender.
Chop tomatoes, peeled eggs and onions.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and chop them slightly.
Mix fried chicken, vegetables, eggs and salad leaves.
Add ground pepper, salt, olive oil and mix.
