You don't have to be a vegetarian to love this wonderful salad. Healthy products are perfectly combined in it, complementing and emphasizing the taste of each other. Any unsweetened tofu will do. Crumble it or slice it as you like.
Ingredients
- Sea cabbage (pickled) – 350 g
- Tofu - 250 g
- Carrots - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop carrots, tofu and peeled onions.
Mix the seaweed, tofu, carrots and onions.
Add ground pepper, salt, olive oil and lemon juice.
The finished salad can be sprinkled with green onions or sesame seeds.
