The beauty of poke is in countless combinations of products. Today I am sharing with you a recipe for poke with shrimp, which my family loves very much. For this snack, fresh shrimps of any size are suitable, necessarily with an elastic whole shell.
Ingredients
- Fig - 200 g
- Water - 500 ml
- Shrimp - 400 g
- Avocado - 2 pcs.
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 pcs.
- Cucumbers - 1 pcs.
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Olive oil - 2 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp.l.
- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Sesame - for decoration
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the rice in running water, boil until tender. Add a mixture of sugar and rice vinegar to the finished rice, leave for 10 minutes. Then slide the rice into a deep plate.
Rinse the salad mix, dry it and pick it with your hands.
Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut the flesh into thin slices, sprinkle with rice vinegar. Cut tomatoes into slices, cucumbers into thin circles.
Boil the shrimp in salted water (2-3 minutes), then peel.
Put avocado, warm shrimp, lettuce leaves, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes in a plate with rice.
Pour soy sauce and olive oil over the shrimp poke, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve warm until the shrimp and rice have cooled.
