Ingredients
- Beef tongue (boiled) – 300 g
- Cancerous necks (finished) – 16 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Capers - 2 tbsp.l.
- Celery - 1 stem
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Grainy mustard - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the tongue in advance, because it takes a long time to cook.
Boil potatoes and carrots in a uniform. You can bake it in foil. Let the vegetables cool down.
Cut all the ingredients into small cubes. Add the crayfish necks, capers and chopped greens.
For French olivier dressing, mix mayonnaise and grainy mustard. Add garlic or spices as desired.
