Perhaps this is the most unusual salad with smoked chicken and rice of all that I have met. There are many different ingredients in it, thanks to which it turns out both bright and with an expressive taste. I advise you to give up complex dressings and make do with butter or yogurt.
Ingredients
- Smoked chicken - 300 g
- Fig - 100 g
- Celery - 2 stems
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Corn - 1 bank
- Cashews - 2 handfuls
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Pineapple (canned) – 150 g
- Greenery - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until tender, but so that it is crumbly.
Cut chicken and all other ingredients into small cubes.
Add the corn and stir in the salad. Decorate it with herbs to taste.
