Lovers of fruit salads often make one common mistake: they fill everything indiscriminately with yogurt. But dairy products curdle and delaminate upon contact with acid. Therefore, such a fruit salad is better served with honey and mint!
Ingredients
- Grapes (without pits) – 100 g
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Kiwi - 1 piece
- Orange - 1 piece
- Blueberries - 50 g
- Grapefruit - 1 piece
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Mint - 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel all the fruits, and remove the films from the orange and grapefruit, because they are bitter.
Cut the ingredients into medium-sized pieces of the same size.
Add grapes and blueberries there, and gently mix the salad.
Pour honey over it and garnish with mint.
