Ingredients
- Apricots - 600 g
- White currant - 400 g
- Brown Sugar - 7 tbsp.l .
- Water - 1.5-2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the apricots into halves and remove the seeds. Cut off the currant twigs.
Cover everything with sugar and leave for 5 minutes.
Pour hot water, boil the compote for 10-15 minutes on low heat and strain as desired.
