- Eggplant - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Sesame - 80 g
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prick the eggplants with a fork and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes. Remove the skin.
Fry the sesame seeds in a dry pan until lightly golden. Grind about 2/3 in a coffee grinder to a paste.
Put all the ingredients in a blender except the remaining whole sesame seeds and grind until smooth.
Add sesame seeds and mix babaganush.
