Have you ever cooked similar pies? Get ready to be surprised by the simplicity and accessibility of the recipe. Usually all the necessary ingredients are in the refrigerator. Canned fish can be used any, as long as they are in oil.
Ingredients
- Flour - 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Milk (warm) – 180 ml
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.l .
- Dry yeast (fast-acting) – 10 g
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Canned fish - 240 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, dry yeast, salt and sugar.
Add warm milk, lightly beaten egg and mayonnaise. Knead the soft dough, cover with a towel and put it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Remove canned fish from the jar and mash with a fork.
Chop the greens, peeled onions and eggs.
Mix canned food, herbs, onions, eggs, salt and spices.
Divide the dough into two parts. From one, roll out the cake according to the diameter of the mold, taking into account the height of the walls.
Grease the mold with oil, lay out the cake and filling.
Separate a little from the second part of the dough for decoration. Roll out the rest with a cake of the desired size and cover the pie. Seal the edges tightly.
From the remaining dough, lay out any decor. This step is optional and can be skipped.
Bake the pie for 35-40 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
