Pie with pears, walnuts and chocolate

You will surprise even sophisticated gourmets with this pie. Fragrant pastries with pears and chocolate turn out to be beautiful, very tasty and soft. In the recipe I will use chocolate drops. They can be replaced with crushed chocolate.


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the pears and seeds. Cut one pear into large pieces and set aside for decoration, chop the rest into cubes. Sprinkle everything with lemon juice.

Dry the nuts in a frying pan and chop them slightly.

Beat eggs lightly with sugar, salt and sour cream.

Add flour mixed with baking powder, chocolate drops, pears and nuts.

Gently mix the mass with a spatula and put it in a greased mold. On top, beautifully arrange the postponed pieces of pear.

Bake the pie for 50-60 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. It is better to cook the first 20-30 minutes under foil.
