Classic homemade mannikin is a wonderful treat for the whole family. In addition, it is a very budget and affordable dessert made from improvised ingredients. This time I propose to diversify it with a small amount of prunes.
Ingredients
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Semolina - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Prunes - 100 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix semolina with kefir and leave for 40 minutes.
Beat eggs with sugar and salt with a mixer.
Pour boiling water over the prunes for 10 minutes, dry and chop.
Combine all the ingredients and pour the dough into the mold.
Bake the mannikin for about 45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
