- Puff pastry - 400 g
- Champignons - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, and fry them until the liquid evaporates. Add spices to taste.
Cut the dough into squares and cut a hole in the middle in half of them.
Grease whole squares with beaten egg and cover with squares with a hole to make something like a basket.
Place the mushroom filling in the center of each and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
