You can thicken the dough on pancakes with semolina. Sometimes I completely replace flour with it, sometimes I mix them in different proportions. It is important not to forget that such a test should be infused for 10-15 minutes, otherwise the semolina will not have time to swell.
Ingredients
- Nettle - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Semolina - 3 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Scald the nettle with boiling water, shake it off and finely chop it.
Beat the eggs lightly with sour cream, salt and ground pepper.
Pour in the soda and mix well.
Add nettle, semolina and flour. Stir and set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat a frying pan with oil, lay out small pancakes and fry until golden brown on both sides.
