When I have more free time, I cook pancakes in the oven. It is better to bake them in special molds, but even without them it turns out well. The oven must be preheated well beforehand, then the dough will not have time to spread out.
Ingredients
- Flour - 2 glasses
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l .
- Milk (warm) – 200 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Powdered sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix warm milk, yeast, powdered sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Remove to a warm place for 15 minutes.
Beat the egg with salt, sour cream and vanilla.
Add the sourdough and sifted flour. Mix well, cover with a towel and set aside for 40-60 minutes.
Put the future pancakes on a greased baking sheet with a spoon. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 175 degrees.
