- Flour - 2.5 glasses
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Baking soda - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Cheese (grated) – 100 g
For filling:
- Adyghe cheese - 200 g
- Cheese - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Knead a homogeneous dough from all the ingredients and leave for 10 minutes.
Rub both types of cheese for the filling and mix.
Divide the dough into pieces, roll out into tortillas and put the tortilla in a frying pan.
