Chicken and mushroom puffs are good on their own or with different sauces. It is better to eat them warm, but they also keep their taste cold. And thanks to mushrooms, they are not as dry as regular chicken filling without additives.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Chicken fillet - 250 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the mushrooms, chicken, onion and bell pepper, and fry everything together for 10-15 minutes. Season it.
Roll out the dough and cut into squares. Put the filling in each one.
Pinch the corners on top and smooth out all the seams.
Brush the puffs with yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
