- Puff pastry (frozen) – 600 g
- Salmon (lightly salted) – 160 g
- Cream cheese - 120 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Avocado - 1 pcs.
- Dill (or arugula) – 100 g
- Lime - 0,5 pcs.
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost the finished dough at room temperature, roll out a little, cut into triangles, form croissants. Brush the products with beaten egg yolk and bake in the oven at 200 ° C until ready. Cool the croissants a little and cut lengthwise (not to the end).
Wash the dill or arugula, dry it with a paper towel. Cut cucumbers and avocados into thin slices.
Chop the salmon, sprinkle with the juice of half a lime, salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the cut croissants with cream cheese, put the prepared avocado, salmon and cucumbers on top, add leaves of greenery.
