I've heard a lot about how delicious pancakes on curdled milk turn out. Recently I had the opportunity to try it and now I am happy to share the recipe with you. Based on experience, I advise you to use fatty yogurt.
Ingredients
- Yogurt (high fat content) – 350 ml
- Oatmeal - 100 g
- Flour - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the egg with sugar and salt.
Pour in the warm yogurt and mix well.
Add vanilla sugar, both types of flour, soda and mix again.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small pancakes and fry until golden brown on both sides.
