The combination of raspberries and almonds is both so simple and so exquisite. A delicious cottage cheese-based pie is prepared so easily that even a beginner can cope. At the same time, it is not a shame to serve it on the festive table.
Ingredients
- Flour - 300 g
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Sugar - 250 g
- Almonds (chopped) – 80 g
- Almond petals - 50 g
- Raspberry - 120 g
- Butter - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Baking powder dough - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the soft butter with sugar and beat with a mixer.
Add eggs and cottage cheese, and whisk again.
Add the sifted flour with baking powder, mix and add chopped almonds.
Put the dough into the mold. Put raspberries on top and sprinkle with almond petals.
Bake the pie in the oven for 50 minutes at 170 degrees.
