Ingredients
For Dough:
- Flour - 160 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Egg whites - 1 piece
For filling:
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 2 pinches
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Knead a homogeneous elastic dough from all the ingredients.
Rub cottage cheese with yolk and add spices.
Divide the dough in half and roll out into tortillas.
Put on each filling, assemble the edges and roll out again.
Fry the khachapuri on both sides in a dry frying pan.
