Ingredients
- Spinach - 200 g
- Potatoes - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Cream - 250 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into cubes, fill with water and boil until soft with bay leaf. It's 15-20 minutes.
Remove the lavrushka, add the chopped spinach and boil for a couple more minutes after boiling.
Add spices to the soup, grind it with a blender and bring it to the desired consistency with cream.
Serve the finished cream soup with sour cream.
