I like to treat my guests to Georgian cuisine. On a holiday, or just like that, I am happy to cook a classic beef kharcho. Amazingly thick, spicy, spicy, and most importantly, moderately high-calorie soup is suitable for everyone.

- Beef - 500 gr
- Onion - 2 pieces

- Walnuts - 50 gr
- Tomato sauce - 250 gr
- Garlic - 3 teeth

- Cilantro - 50 gr

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Start by making meat broth. Wash the meat and put it to cook over medium heat. Remove the noise, bring to a boil, cover and let cook for 30 minutes.
Peel the onion and garlic, chop finely and send them to fry in a frying pan. Add tomato sauce and tkemali to the onion, simmer for 5-10 minutes.
When the meat is cooked, take it out, cool it a little and divide it into fibers. Send it back to the broth. Add rice, roast and spices. Mix well and cook for 15 minutes.
Grind walnuts in a mortar, chop coriander finely. Pour the finished soup on plates, sprinkle nuts and cilantro on top, serve to the table.
